PAYMENT


Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Freight and Delivery


All freight up to 20kg parcels are calculated to Metro or major town centers areas. Sydney to Bundaberg.

Country/regional and interstate require a quote and you will be emailed within 24hrs.


A4 CARTON SIZE ORDERS UNDER 10KG AND OVER $100 SHIP FREE IN AREAS FROM BRISBANE TO BUNDABERG!!!


NOTE: if you do get charged freight and are in these areas please let us know. We are still sorting the postcodes and it will be fixed immediately.

Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Orders must be received before 10am AEST if they are to be shipped the same day.

Goods are shipped in non descriptive, sealed plain cartons or similar.

Bulky goods and pallets are securely wrapped in opaque black plastic pallet wrap and will need to be quoted. A confirmation email will be sent before proceeding.

Dangerous goods cannot be shipped without prior arrangement.

Transport options are as follows

  1. Australia Post
  2. Fastway Couriers.
  3. Couriers Please
  4. Followmount Transport for larger heavy bulky goods or pallets.
  5. Time Express Logistics for orders from Brisbane to Bundaberg.
  6. Bus Freight for some regional centres.
  7. Private Delivery Service. Orders over $1000 from Brisbane South to Noosa $50 flat. Outside these areas you can calculate fee by averaging the time by $50 per hour return trip. This covers wages and fuel cost of the delivery driver. This would be a trusted member of our direct staff only. For instance, you have a order worth $1200 to go to Gympie. We decide on a day and estimated time. Gympie is about 1.5 Hours from our Maroochy store. Thats 3 Hours travel total. Delivery fee would be $150. Private service and goods must be pre-paid unless alternative arrangements have been made.  


Although we do strive to deliver a door to door service, on occasion this is not possible in remote regional areas.

The goods will then be held at the nearest freighting depot or post office for your collection. ID may be required.

P.O. Boxes can only be used as a delivery address with Australia Post and for small cartons weighing under 20kg only.


NOTE:

Occasionally bulky goods attract large freighting cost.

If your order is exceptionally bulky or in a remote location (example 1 X 100L Perlite Bag to Lithgow NSW -$36 for the perlite- $70 for the shipping , 50KG Carbon Filter to Mt isa. $200 for the filter $250 in freight. etc) you will be contacted via email ASAP with a revised freight quote before proceeding with order.

Alternately, for large expensive orders we may be to absorb the freight completely.

We rely on your common sense as well when placing orders as to reasonable freight charges.

Freight discounts can, and should apply to large orders.

Transport Damages


While all care is taken in packaging and transport, occasionally parcels can be damaged in transport.

If the carton or packaging is damaged to the point where you suspect internal contents may be also be damaged, mark it as such on the delivery paperwork if possible.

An example of this would be:

Accepted in good order and condition signature: “your signature”

You then write, “Carton Damaged on arrival S.T.I.” (subject to inspection) then sign.

Claims must be made via email or phone arrangement within 48hrs of arrival.

A claim number will be issued and further instructions given depending on the circumstances.

Once the issue has been resolved, all details will be destroyed.


Returns and Warranty


All items sold online are covered by Manufactures warranty.

Items purchased online are to be returned at your freighting expense to manufacturer.

Any goods presented for warranty or return MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.

While we will endeavour to help make this process as fast and efficient as possible, returns to warehouse or retail outlets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

IF IN ANY DOUBT, CALL FIRST AND WAIT FOR INSTRUCTION.

We may ask for the item to be returned to us if manufacturer instructs, alternately the fastest recourse is usually direct to manufacturer.

WE WILL NOT SELL ANYTHING WE BELIEVE IS OF DODGY WORKMANSHIP, DOES NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED OR WITHOUT CLEAR AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY GUIDELINES AND SUPPORT.

 

Privacy

Customer privacy is paramount to us.

This website is protected by SSL certification for your privacy and security.

All online transaction details are handled by store management only.

You may be prompted at times for details to be stored or you can choose to shop as a guest till checkout.

ALL DETAILS WILL BE DELETED AFTER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT.

Details are only taken to ensure safe, secure and efficient transport.

Once goods have been processed, details held by us are destroyed unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

 

Pickups


Due to the nature of streamlined services and discounted pricing, items purchased online are priced to be shipped only.

Pickups and returns from warehouses or retail outlets for goods purchased online are not usually permitted UNLESS prior arrangements have been made.

We only list 'instock' items, but with multiple stores, goods may need to be picked from different locations which requires minimum 24hrs.

Remember, your parcel may already be shipped in this time from any location.

We also offer free shipping service for locals with orders over $100 :)

That all being said, if you would still prefer to pick up your order, then transaction should still be completed online and your order will be waiting 24-48hrs later packaged at our KUNDA PARK (Sunstate Hydroponics) or CABOOLTURE showroom locations.

Please specify location when ordering by email.

No shipping fees would then apply. Any fee paid would be refunded on collection.

Pricing structure and changes


While we always endeavour to keep our pricing as up to date as possible, prices may be subject to change without notice.

Online prices may and in most cases differ slightly to instore.

Regular customers of ours would vouch that they rarely pay ticketed price instore anyway.

We have always matched prices on IDENTICAL items.

Mention what you saw it online for,we verify it, and if its a clean, no fuss sale, we should be able to do a deal as usual.

The website is here to help you, the customer, to streamline the transaction with the additional benefit of helping to cut our costs.

Online pricing is intended to reflect this, not confuse.
